About AADVEN EXIM
An export and import company in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. Today we supply Indian cashew kernels, green coffee, fresh fruits and vegetables to buyers overseas.
Our motto is trade with trust. For us that means a buyer knows what they are getting before they commit. The grade, packing, price and shipping date are agreed in writing, and you approve a sample from the lot before we load.
We work in container quantities and handle the paperwork that comes with them, from inspection to the bill of lading, so you can clear the goods at your port without surprises.

Cashew kernels
Indian cashew kernels in whole grades, from jumbo W180 to small W450, and in pieces.

Shipping and payment terms
Standard terms are below. If your buyer needs something different, ask.

- Letter of credit at sight, or advance payment by bank transfer
- Container sizes
- 20 ft and 40 ft. Mixed loads on request. Fresh produce also ships by air.
- Minimum order
- One 20 ft container for cashew and coffee. Fresh produce quantities on request. Smaller trial orders by arrangement.
- Lead time
- 10 to 15 days from contract confirmation for cashew and coffee. Fresh produce follows the harvest.
- Loading ports
- All major Indian ports, including Visakhapatnam, Chennai and Nhava Sheva

Work Flow
How an order moves from your enquiry to your port, in eight steps.
Enquiry
Send the grade, quantity and destination port. We reply with a price the same working day.
Sample
We courier a sample from the lot you would receive. You test it against your requirement.
Contract
Quantity, price, payment terms and shipping window are agreed in writing.
Grading and packing
The lot is graded to spec. Cashew goes into vacuum tins or cartons, coffee into jute bags, fresh produce into export cartons.
Inspection
Third-party inspection is available if your buyer needs it.
Loading
A 20 ft or 40 ft container is loaded and sealed.
Shipping
The cargo leaves an Indian port by sea, or by air for fresh produce, on FOB or CIF terms.
Documents
Invoice, packing list, bill of lading and certificates reach you so you can clear the goods.
